  24. No, not yet.  It's a matter of sitting down for a few hours and pressing
  25. every single key and key combination in a "show key" loop:

  29. and recording the results.  We will do it eventually, but there are many
  30. other items on our list that have higher priority.  In the meantime, if
  31. somebody else wants to do it and contribute the table, it would guarantee
  32. your instant 15 minutes of fame (if not fortune :-)
